Eat Your Veggies Day

I don’t need to tell you that you need to eat them every day, right? It’s not that we need someone to tell us this, we need ways to incorporate them into our day. Today, I’ll give you several ways to eat your veggies like your grandma said.

  1. Make Veggie Based Soups
  2. Try eggplant or zucchini lasagna
  3. Try veggie noodles
  4. Add veggies to sauces: BBQ, marinara
  5. Cauliflower crust pizza: YUM
  6. Add to your smoothies
  7. Add veggies to casseroles
  8. Make veggie omelettes
  9. Try savory oatmeal for dinner
  10. Use lettuce for wraps or I like red peppers for “bread”
  11. Grilled veggie kabobs
  12. Try an awesome veggie burger
  13. Add veggies to tuna and chicken salad
  14. Make stuffed peppers.
  15. Add veggies to guacamole and hummus
  16. Add blended veggies to meatloaf and other meals
  17. Use cauliflower rice.
