90 Day Challenge

How dedicated are you to feeling better? What would you do to feel better? What does feel better look like to you? For some it may be, no pain today, for some: no bloat, like how I look, joints move easily, no cravings, energy to play, lift heavier, walk farther, run faster…

You see, it’s a personal feeling, just like custom nutrition. No one exercise, no one food, no one test will help you reach your goals until you start moving and eating better. There are tools that will help, but you have to begin moving to start feeling better. It is now May 13. In 90 days it will be another quarter of the year gone.
